- Providing comprehensive customer support via phone or email.
- Documenting, tracking, and managing calls and issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Creation and management of service tickets to streamline support requests.
- Collaborating with team members to analyze and devise optimal solutions.
- Troubleshooting proprietary issues/questions via phone, email, or live chat.
- Efficiently utilizing ticketing systems for documentation and closure of issues.
- Identifying and escalating critical support and product-related matters to team leads.
- Addressing after-hours inquiries when necessary.
- Striving to achieve a positive customer satisfaction rating of 80%+ on resolved support tickets.
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and handling customer inquiries.
- Flexibility to handle after-hours support when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
